Melissa’s real estate profession spans the last three decades with years of experience. I started my career representing sellers as an on-site agent in the metropolitan downtown Atlanta area and in prestigious Buckhead. I sold lofts, and condominiums in many of the high rises in the surrounding Atlanta area. I moved into selling single family homes in the surrounding beautiful suburbs of Atlanta to include, Roswell, East Cobb, West Cobb, Alpharetta, and MIlton subdivisions.
I love working with buyers to help them find their perfect home! I have worked with all types of buyers and have specialized experience in helping first-time home buyers find their home. It is rewarding to see buyers find and fall in love with their home! My attention to detail skills cater to the buyer’s needs and preferences. I have great negotiation skills from experience, and knowledge of real estate over the years. I also have years of experience representing the seller and ensuring the seller gets the best listing price for their home! I love all aspects of real estate, especially the people.
